Production Coordinator


As an integral member of the Production team, the Production Coordinator is responsible for coordination and creation of work orders, performing cost analysis and closing of work orders. 



  • Analyze Planned Production Orders and convert to Batch Orders
  • Schedule, release, and print Batch Orders
  • Create, schedule, and release Custom Batch Orders for all product lines
  • Isolate Inspection Reports from the production floor
  • Generate Certificates of Compliance as required for specific customers
  • Scan and file all Certificates of Compliance
  • Review and enter Lot Traceability data into corresponding Batch Order
  • Match Batch Orders with Certificates of Compliance and file hard copies
  • Perform inbound inspection of all customer-owned materials, and verify and file reports
  • Review and analyze Cost Report Variances for all Batch Orders on a weekly basis
  • Review all Production Journals and highlight any that need to be corrected
  • Complete partial and final confirmations of Batch Orders 
  • File Manufacturing Specification sheets and update as required
  • Participate in company safety and production meetings
  • Other duties as assigned



  • 2+ years of production experience with the ability to complete administrative tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication in English is required; both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Outstanding numerical skills and ability to analyze reports
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and effective listening skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to use initiative and creative thinking when problem solving; resolving issues and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times
  • Able to build, foster, and actively participate in a team environment
